Back office for concrete, masonry & pavers
Base compaction, cure discipline, drainage verified by water
Outdoor hardscape — concrete flatwork, masonry repair and tuckpointing, paver patios, and asphalt patching — with Erie's freeze-thaw cycles as the technical selling point: proper base compaction, air-entrained mix, drainage slope, and cure discipline.
Configured for Concrete, Masonry & Pavers
Not generic software. Your trade's operating system.
The configured workflow pack covers site assessment and 811 locates through spec-driven quoting, weather-contingent scheduling, staged prep and install days, and cure-timeline closeout.
811 utility gating
No dig is dispatched over an unmarked utility corridor — the 811 locate is a hard gate before every excavation.
Weather-window scheduling
Pour weeks are booked with a weather contingency and confirmed 48 hours out on the forecast; concrete is never poured in freezing temperatures or driving rain.
Cure-timeline enforcement
Customers receive and acknowledge use restrictions — foot traffic 24 to 48 hours, vehicles 7 days, sealing around 28 days — posted on-site, not just emailed.
Your workflow pack
Every phase configured before you log in.
Your back office ships with these phases built for Concrete, Masonry & Pavers — tasks, checklists, and QA gates included.
Intake & Scheduling
Project type, dimensions, current conditions with photos, and equipment access are captured; timeline flexibility is confirmed up front since pours and paving are weather-dependent.
Quote & Approval
Per-square-foot, spec-driven quote — thickness, PSI, base depth, finish, joint layout, and drainage plan — firm only after the site visit; subgrade unknowns handled as documented allowances with a cap.
Concrete
811 called with utilities marked; subgrade excavated and compacted with a gravel base; forms set and screeded to drainage slope; poured, finished, jointed, and cured with a posted use-restriction notice.
Masonry
Existing conditions photographed and measured; failed mortar joints ground out; brick tuckpointed or relayed to match; joints tooled, not smeared; surfaces brush-cleaned.
Asphalt & Pavers
Excavation with compacted base lifts and geotextile; bedding sand screeded to drainage slope; pavers laid to pattern with edge restraint and polymeric sand; final wash with grade and drainage verified.
QA & Closeout
Mix ticket photographed, joint layout and cure-start logged, drainage verified by water test — no ponding, no trip lips, forms stripped and site cleaned at walkthrough.
Invoicing & Review
Deposit, progress at prep completion, and final payment after walkthrough; a 28-day sealing reminder and a post-winter check-in after the first freeze-thaw season.
Quoting, our way: Per-project quotes by square footage with the full spec attached — two quotes are only comparable if the specs match, and the proposal says so. The weather-delay policy is stated in writing: no pours in freezing temperatures or heavy rain, rescheduled at no penalty to the customer.
How a job flows
From first call to paid invoice.
Submit photos and dimensions
Customers send photos, rough dimensions, and the problem — a new driveway, cracked walkway, sinking pavers, or brick to repoint.
Site visit and spec
Measurements are taken; subgrade and drainage reviewed; truck and equipment access confirmed; finish options from broom to stamped to paver patterns discussed.
Written quote with full spec
Per-square-foot pricing with the full spec: thickness, PSI and air-entrainment, reinforcement, base depth, finish, joint layout, and the drainage plan.
Weather-window booking
Deposit paid and a pour week set with a weather contingency — confirmed 48 hours out based on the forecast.
Prep and install days
Excavation, base compaction, and forms on prep days; the pour or install on the day; customers stay off the work area while the crew manages the full day on-site.
Cure and walkthrough
The customer acknowledges the use-restriction timeline; grade and drainage are verified with a water test at the final walkthrough before final payment.
