The service
Your Deputy is a done-for-you back-office service for home-service businesses. We configure and run the operating system around your work — booking, quotes, dispatch, invoicing, and reviews — built for your exact trade. You are not buying software to configure yourself; the configuration is the service.
Plans and pricing
- Launch — $179/mo. One-time onboarding: $499. Annual plan: $1,790/yr.
- Growth — $299/mo. One-time onboarding: $999. Annual plan: $2,990/yr.
- Scale — $549/mo. One-time onboarding: $1,499. Annual plan: $5,490/yr.
Annual plans get 2 months free; the annual prices above reflect that. Additional trade workflow packs are $49/mo each. Every plan includes unlimited staff seats.
Founding pricing. The first ten businesses in each trade get founding pricing — Launch $119/mo, Growth $199/mo, Scale $399/mo — locked for life on an annual plan, for as long as the subscription stays continuous. Founding pricing is annual-only; add-ons and upgrades are at list price.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed month to month, or annually if you choose an annual plan. The one-time onboarding fee covers the 40+ configuration steps that set up your back office. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Billing note: Your Deputy billing currently runs through our sister company PA Registered Office Services, LLC, so charges appear on your statement as PA REG. OFFICE SVCS. A dedicated Your Deputy billing account is in the works; nothing changes for you when it lands.
Guarantees and refunds
30-day money-back guarantee. Every subscription carries a 30-day money-back guarantee on the subscription fees.
Onboarding fees are non-refundable. The onboarding fee covers real configuration labor performed for your business.
The 90-Day Your Deputy Promise. If Your Deputy doesn't save you 10+ admin hours a month in your first 90 days, month four is free. We baseline your admin hours together on the launch call and review them with you at day 90.
Cancellation and your data
If you cancel, your data exports with you; nothing is held back. You own your data — export anytime. No hostage clauses, no ransom notes.
